TERMS

By ordering from me, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old and agree to my terms. I am responsible for delivering your request only after payment has been completed. All images and characters are copyrighted, and you may not use them without written permission from me or my customers. Unauthorized redistribution is prohibited.

GENERAL TERMS

I will not create any content for anyone under 18 years of age. I will not create any content that depicts characters who appear to be under 18 years of age in any sexual or suggestive manner.

Please conduct business respectfully and promptly. If you're unable to respond quickly due to vacation or emergency, kindly inform me. If I don't receive a response within a week regarding your commission, I'll issue a refund and repurpose any completed work.

A clear digital reference of a character with a visible color palette is necessary. Text descriptions, traditional drawings, photographs, and other similar formats will not be accepted. Exceptions may apply.

You must credit me and any other illustrators in all of my illustrations. Proper credit includes a hyperlink to my FurAffinity page or website.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Full payment is required for all purchases before completion and delivery. Currency conversion fees and other charges may apply.

Gifting art of a friend's character(s) is allowed up to $150 per commission. The limit does not apply if your character is also featured. Payment cannot be split, unless both characters are present in the artwork.

I will no longer work with you if you dispute, open a case, chargeback, or force a refund of any monetary transaction without contacting me first for a resolution.

Please note that gratuities in any form are nonrefundable.

KINKLEZ' RIGHTS

I retain the intellectual property rights to my illustrations and have the right to distribute and showcase them on any platform I choose.

I reserve the right to modify, delete, and revise any part of my terms at any time.

I reserve the right to adjust and limit prices, fees, and discounts at any time.

I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and refund any transaction at any time.

YOUR RIGHTS

You hold the intellectual copyright for your character(s).

You have the right to upload commissioned illustrations to any platform, provided that you give proper credit.

You are not authorized to alter or remove my watermark or signature from any of my illustrations without my permission.

You do not have the right to use my illustrations for commercial purposes without an agreement.

DESIGNS

You must give proper credit for the original design on the first post and in the event of reselling the design. You may never claim my original design(s) as your creation(s).

Reselling purchased designs is allowed, but the price cannot be inflated without additional illustrations of any kind. Failure to comply will result in termination of our business relationship.

BASES

Bases are nonrefundable purchases. If purchased by mistake, a refund can only be issued if I can confirm that you haven't downloaded the file(s).

You need a program like Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Firealpaca, Medibang, Paint Tool SAI, Krita, or Gimp to open my files. Do not purchase this base if you do not know how to open or work with .PSD or .ZIP files. Please be aware that some of my files may not work or open in some programs. I have not tested these bases on mobile devices, please be aware of your device and program-specific limitations. You are responsible for knowing the limitations of the art program(s) and device(s) you use. I will no longer provide extensive tech support.

If you lose access to a base file, you can contact me within a year of purchase with your email. After a year, a repurchase is required. Always back up files on a physical drive, not just online storage.

Do not claim ownership of my bases or distribute/sell my original files.

You are free to use my bases for personal or commercial purposes with proper credit unless specified otherwise.

You can modify my bases in any way, as long as you credit the original.

You are allowed to create add-ons for my bases and distribute them freely or for profit, as long as you credit the original. Do not include any of the original layers in your add-on files.
